In Section III, Selection Criteria, number 6, delete the work (des ign). In Section IV, Submission Requirements, second sentence, delete the words (and describe the firms design quality control plan, including coordination of subcontractors and consultants.) in their entirety. This contract is for Construction Manageme nt Services. It DOES NOT include any design services. It encompasses all activities associated with administering construction contracts and providing quality assurance during construction, including but not limited to all the items listed in Section II, Project Information of the original synopsis.
