Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/reference number is 07SQ600004; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-13. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7349. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is $15 Million. This request is for janitorial services at Estes Power Plant and Marys Lake Power Plant, Estes Park, Colorado. The contract term is from October 01, 2006 through September 30, 2007. Services quoted must adhere to Performance Work Statement dated September 13, 2006, and be fully responsive and satisfy the needs of the Government.
