Description

This is a Request for Proposals contract for renovating an existing bathhouse building and connecting existing sewer and water line to the building, for Lake Wedington Recreation Area, Boston Mountain Ranger District, in accordance with drawings and specifications. The contractor is to complete the project within 90 calendar days. This project is open to both large and small business. The successful offeror shall submit a performance and payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, prior to beginning work. The government's estimate is between $100,000 and $250,000. Award will be made based on the best value to the government and can be made on the initial offer. The project is located on the Boston Mountain Ranger District, Ozark St Francis National Forest, Washington County, Arkansas. This solicitation will be available for download on or about July 27, 2006. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed out. Telephone requests are discouraged.
