The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are NOT AVAILABLE. This is an UNRESTRICTED, Full and Open acquisition. Therefore, all responsible sources are permitted to compete. This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive, technical data, therefore the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) 1. This long-term initiative is for items in which the manufacturer is an approved QPL source and items for which the approved sources have supplied in the past directly or through dealers, whether or not the NSNs are ultimately procured from that source. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The initial 14 NSNs are listed below. Additional NSNs within the scope of this initiative may be added to any resultant contract at a later date using the Add / Delete Clause H15D01 and are subject to synopsis in the CBD. PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: The solicitation will be open for a period of 60 days after its publication at FedBizOpps.
