Description: The USDA, Forest Service, Southern Region will be soliciting quotes for an Exclusive Use, Type III Helicopter to assist the NFs in Mississippi, DeSoto Ranger District with Prescribed Fire and Fire Suppression. Must provide Type III helicopter, pilots, mechanics, and fuel trucks to conduct aerial ignition using Premo Mark III (ping pong ball dispener) machines, provide observation/recon platforms and supply water drops for the control of wildfires and in support of prescribed fires.
