Description

This announcement constitutes amendment #2 to the Presolicitation Notice # A1577070401 for Architectural and Engineering Services. 1. Evaluation Criteria, 5); This section is hereby changed to read as follows: "The primary area of project work is Yellowstone National Park. It is not mandatory that A/E firms be located in the primary area of project work; however, the NPS shall give preference to A/E firms who demonstrate knowledge of the primary area of project work." 2. Submissions, Contents; This section is hereby changed to read as follows: "Firms that fully meet the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit: a) Letter of Interest, b) Standard Form 330 (SF-330), c) an organization chart, and d) other additional supporting materials which will substantiate the information stated in the SF-330. Firms shall complete and submit the SF-330 as follows: A) Only information regarding the prime contractor shall be noted in Part II. B) The prime contractor shall complete Part 1 for the team as a whole. However, a separate section "E" shall be completed for each required discipline. Each discipline shall list in section "E" the names of all key personnel they will utilize in the performance of the IDIQ contract.
