Description: The government intends to solocit on a sole source basis from Rolls Royce Corporation material required to implement ECP 2149 for the redesign of the engine saddles for the T56-A-427 Series IV engine. This delivery order will be issued against Rolls Royce Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-05-G-0004. The Rolls Royce part number is 23009235 and the Navy Stock Number is 5342-01-348-3082. The purchase is for the E-2C aircraft program. The Government is purchasing 211 of the saddle kits for domestic E-2C aircraft, 10 saddle kits for French E-2C aircraft and 20 saddle kits for Taiwanese E-2C aircraft. See Note 22*****
