Description

U. S. GOVERNMENT IS COMPETING EXISTING LEASED LOCATION IN PRESQUE ISLE, ME. Requirement: The United States Government currently occupies approximately 1,155 net usable square feet of contiguous office space under a soon to expire lease in Presque Isle, ME. The Government is considering a competition for alternative office space and will relocate if a consideration of the economics and other factors involved are supportive. The cost of moving, alterations and occupant agency mission, among other items, will be considered in evaluating the alternative. This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Delineated Area: Presque Isle, ME Term: The Government is interested in a lease proposal of five years cancelable after three years. Occupancy: Space must be available by 1 Jun 2007 Owners & Authorized Agents: Expressions of interest, including information rental quotes should be submitted in writing to the following address within 15 days: The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480 and must include all services and utilities. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
