Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires supplementary instructional materials (Anthologies) for English Language Arts (high school grades 9 – 12). This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The solicitation number is HE1260-06-R-5004, and is issued as a Request for Proposal. The solicitation will be published on or about July 24, 2006. The Period of Performance for this requirement will be one year with an award date estimated at or before September 30, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties should ensure that their information in the Central Contractor Registration, http://www.ccr.gov/ is accurate and current. This requirement is unrestricted.
