Description

The purpose of this modification is to change the current text in Section E. Inspection and Acceptance 1.0b in the Statement of Work from 'This testing must be conducted at IMR Test Labs in Ithaca, NY. POC is Don Schuman who can be reached at 888.464.8422. This laboratories test report must be submitted' to 'This testing must be conducted at a qualified environmental test lab. The contractor shall submit a test plan to DoS prior to delivering the specimens for testing. The contractor may contact DoS for a recommended test facility. Upon completion of the environmental testing, a laboratory test report must be submitted'.
