- Eielson AFB, Alaska has a requirement for Gospel Musician Services. The request for quotation number is FA5004-07-T-0002. Specifics are identified in the solicitation. This action is being offered as a 100% small business set aside for North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 711130, with a small business size standard of $6.5 million. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and tools necessary to perform Gospel Musician Services for the 1200 Hour Services on Eielson AFB, Alaska. Performance period for resultant services contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be from approximately 1 November 2006 through 30 September 2007 with 2 potential option year periods. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities web site www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. No paper copies will be furnished. Potential offerors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to submit their contact information by registering as an interested vendor utilizing the Register as an Interested Vendor button. Please note that this function is separate from the Register to Receive Notification function. No bidders mailing list will be maintained. Offers will be submitted on the Standard Form 1449 and must include, as a minimum, the items listed in FAR Clause 52.212-1 (b) (1-11) Instructions to Offerors?Commercial Items. This clause may be viewed at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. All Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be eligible for award. Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award will be made until funds are available to make a contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing of the solicitation.
