- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date for this solicitation to 16 October, 2006, at 12:00 PM NOON, Central Standard Time. Also, this amendment directs offerors attention to (3) additional attachments at URL:https://aais.ria.arm y.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm; (1) (Attachment 002, Rev 002) replaces the original Performance Description (PD) (original Attachment 002) and Revised PD (Attachment 002, Rev 001); Attachment 002 Rev 002 reflects changes to the following sections of PD Rev 0 01: changes or additions to sections 3.2.5, 3.3.1.3, 3.3.2.6, 3.2.7, 3.2.8, 3.2.13, 3.2.13.1, 3.2.13.2, 3.3.1.1, 3.3.2.7, 3.4; partial sections of 3.4 and all of 3.3.2.6 deleted; (2) Attachment 011 has been added to make available the full text versions of all non-standard TACOM clauses referenced in the original solicitation; (3) Attachment 004, Rev 001, the revised Pricing Sheet, replaces the original Attachment 004, and reflects only changes to the pricing structure for camera quantities. Additionally, this amendment serves to make the following clarifications to th e solicitation: (1) Offerors must quote on all items in this solicitation to be eligible for award. (2) Inasmuch as this award will be FOB Origin, the Government is responsible for the provision and disposition of all containers used in the shipment of the MOUT components. (3) The contractor will not be responsible for any site preparation necessary for MOUT range installation. (4) Assembly and disassembly times listed in PD table 3-1 are based on MOUT structures without wood facing.
