11****ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED to, Floyd Carlton Contracting Officer, or Hazel Williams, Contract Specialist, AMSAM-AC-AL-A, and NSN: 2840-01-079-3969. PRON: AX6J0647AX, P/N: 6899392, NOUN: Vane Assembly, Compr, Quantity: 160 each applicable to T-63-A-700 and T63A-720 weapon system with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery is 160 each 189 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The only approved sources are: Rolls-Royce Corpor ation Cage 63005, Aviall Services Incorporated Cage 22819 and Timken Alcor Aerospace Technologies Cage 1L9D9. This part is a commercial/non developmental/off-the-shelf item. Commercial item descriptions, commercial vendor catalog or price lists or commer cial manuals assigned a technical manual number apply. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the requir ed item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile So urce Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the so licitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
