Description

UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE CRANE LAKE, MINNESOTA The United States Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 1,550 square feet of rentable space in Crane Lake, MN. This space requirement can be satisfied with space in an existing building or through new construction. It is imperative that said space have Lake Frontage on Crane Lake and dock access. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 1,450 to 1,550 maximum ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of space, available for use by the Government and its personnel, furnishings and equipment. The proposed lease is for 10 years/5 years firm and should be fully serviced. The space should be ready for occupancy no later than, June, 2007. The offered space must be fully serviced and altered to meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility Standards. Proposals from brokers or agents should be accompanied by evidence of their authorization to represent ownership. Expressions of interest should include building names and address, or if new construction, site location.
