Description

DESC: This is a bulk fuel requirement for JP8 in the Atlantic, Europe, and Mediterranean (AEM) region. This requirement is tied to SP0600-06-R-0033 (AEM Basic). Overseas Bulk Procurement for AEM of Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8), NSN: 9130-01-031-5816, specification MIL-DTL-83133E, dated April 1, 1999, quantity 45,000,000 U.S. Gallons for Purchase Program 1.1i for delivery to Athens, Greece. Delivery period for the above item under Purchase Program 1.1i is from January 1, 2007 through June 30, 2007 plus a 30-day carry-over period. This solicitation will be available only on the world wide web http://www.desc.dla.mil on or about October 13, 2006. Please be advised that a hard copy of solicitation will not be available. If you intend to submit an offer, you are requested to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DESC bid custodian before the closing date and time. E-mail offers will not be accepted. Facsimile offers are authorized, 703-767-0488. The item under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreement Act of 1979.
