Description

This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Transmitter, Liquid. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are two approved sources of supply, Firstmark Aerospace Corp, Cage 3BMV1, and Lockheed, Cage 98897. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 6680-01-060-5231; Base Year AEQ: 34 each, Option Year EAQ: 34 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 104 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 30 October 05. The anticipated award date is 3 January 06. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
