Description

This solicitation was previously posted as SPM4A6-06-R-0161. The solicitation opening date is revised to on or around 17 Nov 06. The solicitation closing date is revised to on or around 18 Dec 06. NSN: 6615-01-071-4513. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Gyroscope, Rate. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are three approved sources of supply, BAE, Cage 24321, CS Industries, Cage 41820, and Northrup Grumman, Cage 88932. The Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) are as follows: Base Year AEQ: 401 each, Option Year EAQ: 401 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, 168 days ARO. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 17 Nov 06. In accordance with 10 U. S. C. 2304 (c) (1), other than full and open competition applies. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26 apply.
