- The proposal submission date for solicitation W91QUZ-06-R-0006 will be extended indefinitely. The Government is in the process of reassessing its acquisition strategy and requirement regarding the subject solicitation. All interested parties are en couraged to frequently visit the Army Single to Industry (AFSI) and Federal Business Opportunities (Fedbizopps) for future updates. To assist in ensuring that all interested parties are able to obtain the notices and documentation released related to solicitation W91QUZ-06-R-0006, BMO Outreach, the Government is providing instructions regarding the respective websites, Army Single Face to Industry and Federal Business Opportunities. All notices and documentation for the subject solicitation will be disseminated on the ASFI and Fedbizopps. The Army is only authorized to post notices and documentation via the ASFI website. The informat ion posted on the ASFI is automatically posted to Fedbizopps every 15 minutes as received or once a day at 10:00 a.m. EST. NOTE: If you sign up for email notification, you are not guaranteed to receive a notice (per website instructions) It is suggested that you visit the ASFI first, then the FedBizopps to remain up to date. The website address for Army Single Face to Industry is https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. Once entering the website double click on contracting opportunities , and then insert the solicitation number without hyphens, and click on continue . On the nex t screen, double click on the solicitation amendment number and proceed to the bottom of the page and double click on attachments. All of the contractual documents previously released will be listed in this section. The website address for Federal Business Opportunities is www.fedbizopps.gov. Once entering the website double click on FedBizopps Vendors . On the next screen, double click on DoD . Scroll down to locate the Department of Army then click on office s located beside it. On the next screen, locate ITEC4 and click on locations . On the next screen search for ACA, ITEC4, Alexandria, VA and click on posted dates which is located beside it, then proceed until you find the subject solicitation numbe r.
