Description

The solicitation Number should read AG-05G1-S-06-0044. Work includes but is not limited to providing janitorial service for the Entiat Ranger District Office in Entiat, Washington. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification and provisions of the contract. Performance will be conducted in accordance with commercial standards. This acquisition is 100% set-aside to Small Business Concerns. NAICS code is 561720, Size Standard is $15.0 million. The contract will be an Indefinite Quantity contract for a Base Year and Four Option Year periods. The Base Year contract period will run from December 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007. This project will be advertised as a written proposal. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about October 16, 2006. Proposal closing date is on or about November 14, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be posted at this site on the issue date. No hard copies will be issued.
