Description

The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Tobii Technology, McLean, VA for the following items: 1 ea. Tobii 2150 Eye Tracker; 1 ea. ClearView Analysis Software (basic); 1 ea. ClearView Web Recording Addon; 1 ea. ClearView Screen Recording Addon; 1 ea. ClearView VideoCapture Addon; 1 ea. ClearView AVI Recording Addon; 1 ea. Tobii Live Viewer and 1 ea. Service contract, premium level. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received before the closing date will be considered by the government. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less then $100,000.
