Description

Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to renovate existing space into a Cardiac Cath Lab, Bldg. 204 at the James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN 37684. Work includes demolition, general construction, renovation, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items as indicated on drawings and in specifications. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds. Period of Performance is 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Cost Range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS Code is 236220 and the size standard is $31.0 Million. THIS PROCUREMENT IS ADVERTISED AS FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION AND WAS ORIGINALLY ANNOUNCED AS A 100% SDVOSB SET ASIDE UNDER IFB VA-249-06-IB-0011. Bid documents will be available on or about October 30, 2006. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held November 14, 2006 at 10:00 AM ET in the A&MMS Conference Room, Building 8, Room 310, James H. Quillen VAMC, Mountain Home, TN. All interested bidders are strongly urged to attend.
