Description

Notice of intent to use Other Than Full and Open competition: The Government currently occupies 20,762 BOMA rentable square feet of space at 1101 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA under Lease No. GS-11B-01446, which expires on February 4, 2007. The tenant in this location is scheduled to move into federally owned space by no later than September 15, 2011. The General Services Administration plans to execute a full service succeeding lease with termination rights at the current location, with a term not to exceed 5 years. Because moving would require a double move in a short time frame for this tenant, the Government will relocate only if cost of relocation and duplication is included in the rental consideration and the property is in Roslyn, an Arlington, VA sub-market. The property must be ready for occupancy by February 5, 2007. If anyone has a location that they would like to have considered, please contact John Costa at 202.208.0192 by October 17, 2006. Term: 5-year full service with termination rights after 48 months (4 years). Termination requires a 365 day notice.
