Description

The United States Government seeks to lease Office Space consisting of approximately 8,370 rentable sq. ft in Hampton, Virginia within the following designated area as follows: North: Nettles Lane from North Armistead to Magruder ;West: Magruder Blvd from Nettles Lane to I64; South: I64 from Magruder to King Street; East: King Street from I64 to Mercury Blvd (Rt 258) to North Armistead to Nettles Lane. The space should yield between 7,277 to 7,650 ANSI BOMA Office Area sq. ft. Public Parking is required within a 2 block radius. The proposed lease is for 10 years, 5 years firm. All services, utilities and tenant improvements shall be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The Government does not occupy property located in a Flood Plain.
