Description

Rosemont Model RF012-17 Vibratory Finishing Oval Machine with 17 cubic foot capacity or equal according to attached specification marked as MXPPE-STE-0823-A-001 Compound Metering System will include a Rinse Cycle. 7.5 HP, TEFC, 1725 RPM, 220/440 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 HZ, motor rotates the shaft at 1200 rpm. The 4" diameter 4140 shaft is supported by two heavy cast bearing housings utilizing special dual roller spherical long life roller bearings. The bearings are lubricated by a cooled oil circulating system. NEMA 12 control panel and junction box. Outer Polyurethane guard. Oil system with flow monitors. Polyurethane Paint. 1st Separator Screen Set. Height: 55.1875 inches Width: 51.5 inches Length: 105.5 inches Weight: 6200 lbs Chamber Dimensions: Width: 13.125 inches Depth: 21.5 inches The base of the unit is fabricated from 1/2" steel. The finishing bowl is fabricated from 3/8" top plate and 1" bottom plate. All steel joints are solid MIG welded. The steel is shot blasted and vibrational stressed relieved, providing a long duration of operation.
