Description

Transfer Availability (TA) for the USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52). As authorized by DoD Interim Rule, 8 September 2006, amending the DFARS to implement Section 816 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006, the total small business set-aside is vacated. Offers will be accepted from both small business and other than small business concerns. Consistent with the amended Defense Acquisition Regulations System 48 CFR Parts 202, 210, 213, 215, and 219, the Contracting Officer will accomplish tiered evaluation of offers, also known as cascading evaluation of offers. See RFP for details.
