- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to IVS 3D INC., Portsmouth, NH, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for annual renewal of Fledermaus software maintenance/support subscription. The anticipated contract value is $50,000.00. This action will be conducted orally in accordance with FAR 12 and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NAICS 511210 with business size of $23.0M applies. A firm fixed-price purchase order is anticipated. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
