- Description
- The General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing a single site with a minimum of 1,000 acres of paved or hard-stand area for the purpose of staging trailers used for emergency management. The 1000 acres must be one continuous site. The delineated area would be any area within 12 hours driving time from the Gulf Coast but not within 100 miles of the coast to minimize possible storm threats. Consideration is limited to the following states: Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Missouri, Michigan, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, and Illinois The lease term for this procurement is 5 years, 1 year firm.
