Description: Department of Veterans Affairs, Bay Pines, FL intends to make a single firm fixed price award contract to provide maintenance on reflecting pools located at the Bay Pines VA Medical Center. The contractor will provide complete maintenance services to include vacuuming pool floors, brushing walls and floor, emptying liners, rinsing filters, and maintaining proper PH levels. The base period of performance will be from effective date of award through twelve (12) months, with an anticipated start date of December 1, 2006. The contract will have one base year plus four one-year options. Request for quotation will be posted no later than Monday, October 23, 2006.
