Sources Sought Announcement (this is NOT a solicitation). Tyndall AFB has a need to purchase a DEXA Bone Densitometer with upgradeable software and one year warrenty. The unit should have the following characteristics: (1) Dual-Energy Vertebral Assesment (DVA) (2) HIPAA Secure (3) Advance Hip Assessment (4) Body Compensate from spine/hip data (5) Estimated Total Body Composition (6) AP Spine, Femur (7) Expanded Media Help, Pamplets, and Report Center (8) Multi-Point calibration (9) Manual Scan Import (10) Auto Analysis (11) Direct-digital Cadmium Zinc Telluride Detector (12) Washable Table Pad If there are any companies that believe they may be capable of offering a suitable product which will meet the requirements, then inquiries are welcome.
