Description

This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures (Reference FAR Parts 12 and 13). THIS IS A SYNOPSIS AS REQUIRED BY FAR PART 5.2 ? THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL. VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES/PROPOSALS UNTIL THE RFQ/RFP IS POSTED TO THIS WEBSITE. 45 CONS/LGCB has a requirement for adjustable, stackable flood barriers flood barrier panels and gasketed stop log flood barriers. Installation is not required. The suggested manufacturer is Presray Corporation. This is a brand name or equal requirement. This service will be conducted at Patrick AFB, FL. Period of performance/expected delivery date is 14 weeks after receipt of the purchase order. The government intends to make a single award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. This proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation No. FA2521-07-T-0001 is issued as a Request for Quotation. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 3441, business size of 500 employees and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 332312.
