The M142 Firing Device will be procured as a Firm Fixed Price, 5 year IDIQ contract and will be restricted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Primer Percussion M42 and Explosive Content PA-101 shall be obtained from sources within the NTIB. First Article is required. The RFP will be issued on or about 3 Nov 06.
