Description

The Cataloging and Distribution Service of the Library of Congress intends to make a sole-source firm-fixed price award to the incumbent, InfoSolutions, 2734 Chancellor Drive, Suite 207 Crestview Hills, KY. InfoSolutions will provide on-going technical and maintenance support of up to 100 hours per year for as long as Cataloger's Desktop on the web is run on LivePublish software. All written proposals including capabilites statements and past performance summaries that are received within fifteen (15) days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and a determination not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice remains solely within the discretion of the Government.
