Manufacture in accordance with Boeing Helicopter, Cage 77272, Dwg 145D5109-2, Rev ?C?, dtd 9/15/2000, or Pall Aeropower Corporation, Cage 18350, P/N AC-A671F-3. Specifications, Plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and can not be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with an estimated annual demand qty of 958 each for the base year and option years. Maximum contract quantity of 1915 each for the base year and option years. 165 DARO, Destination. Other than full and open, More than one source. Intended sources Cage 77272, 18350. Unrestricted. First Article Test Required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
