Description
The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE is to obtain information from potential contractors to if they can porivde and demonstrate the survivability of shock recorders subjected to extreme shock environments. Contractors may be required to provide on-site demonstrations of their products. Both ONE (1) SINGLE and TWO (2) MULTIPLE CHANNEL recorders are reuqired. The proposed SINGLE CHANNEL RECORDER must meet the following requirements: Electrical Specification - Number of Channels: 1 analog; Amplifier Input: Differential; Low-Pass Filter Bandwidth: Manufacturer Selectable to 200 kHz; Digitizer Amplitude Resolution: 8 Bits; Standard Storage Capacity: Up to 256 kBytes; Sample Rate Manufacturer Selectable to 1.5 MHz; Pre-trigger Data Storage Capability: Up to 256 kBytes; External Power Requirements - Supply Voltage: 8 to 15 Volts; Standby Current: 15 microamps; Data Acquisition Current: 50 milliamps; Data Retention Current: 15 microamps; Supply Voltage for External Sensor: 5 Volts; Supply Current for External Sensor: 20 milliamps (maximum); Physical Specifications - Temperature Range: 0 to 75 deg C; Length: Approx. 2.25 inches; Diameter: Approx. 1 inch; Weight: Approx. 2 oz.; Survivable Shock Level: 100,000 Gs. The PROPOSED FIRST MULTIPLE CHANNEL RECORDER must mee the following requirments: Electrical Specification - Number of Channels: 4 analog and 8 digital; Amplifier Input: Differential; Low-Pass Filter Bandwidth: Manufacturer Selectable to 30 kHz; Digitizer Amplitude Resolution: 12 Bits; Standard Storage Capacity: Up to 256 kBytes; Sample Rate per Channel: Manufacturer Selectable to 200 kHz; Pre-trigger Data Storage Capability: Yes, selectable; External Power Requirements - Supply Voltage: 8 to 10 Volts; Standby Current: 80 microamps; Data Acquisition Current: 80 milliamps; Data Retention Current: 80 microamps; Supply Voltage for External Sensor: 3.3 or 5 Volts; Supply Current for External Sensor: 10 milliamps (maximum, per channel); Physical Specifications - Temperature Range: 0 to 75 deg C; Length: Approx. 2.5 inches; Diameter: Approx. 1.25 inches; Weight: Approx. 4 oz.; Survivable Shock Level: 100,000 Gs. The PROPOSED SECOND MULTIPLE CHANNEL RECORDER must mee the following requirments: Electrical Specification - Number of Channels: Programmable, 4 analog and 8 digital; Amplifier Input: Differential; Low-Pass Filter Bandwidth: Selectable to 10 KHz; Digitizer Amplitude Resolution: 12 Bits; Standard Storage Capacity: Up to 2 MBytes; Sample Rate per Channel: Selectable to 115kHz; Pre-trigger Data Storage Capability: Yes, selectable; External Power Requirements - Supply Voltage: 7 to 13 DC Volts; Standby Current: 0.6 milliamps; Data Acquisition Current: 40 to 110 milliamps; Data Retention Current: 0.6 milliamps; Supply Voltage for External Sensor: 3.3 Volts; Supply Current for External Sensor 10 milliamps (maximum, per channel); Physical Specifications - Temperature Range: 0 to 75 deg C; Length: Approx. 2.70 inches; Diameter: Approx. 1.25 inches; Weight: Approx. 105 grams; Survivable Shock Level: 50,000 Gs. If your comanpy can provide the above information and specifications provided above, please respond to this office to later than (NLT) 4:00 PM (CST), November 3, 2006.
