Description

Perform maintenance dredging of an estimated 8,500 cubic yards per year of material at Homer Harbor, Homer, Alaska; 9,000 cubic yards per year at Ninilchik Harbor, Ninilchik, Alaska; 8,000 cubic yards per year at the U.S. Coast Guard berthing area at Homer, Alaska (if awarded), and construct a new upland Confined Disposal Facility (CDF) in fiscal year 2008 (if awarded). The Contractor is to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to accomp lish the work. The period of work is 1 - 25 May 2007 and 1 - 23 May 2008 for Ninilchik Harbor Base Items; 4 - 30 September 2007 and 2 - 30 September 2008 for Homer Harbor Base Items; 1 - 30 Apr 2007 and 1 - 30 Apr 2008 for U.S. Coast Guard Dock Optional I tems 0008 and 0018 (if awarded); and 4 - 30 September 2007 and 2 - 30 September 2008 for U.S. Coast Guard Dock Optional Items 0010 and 0020 (if awarded), and 1 - 30 October 2007 for New CDF Optional Item 21 (if awarded). Type of contract is firm-fixed pri ce.
