The purpose of this announcement is to determine the availability of 8(a), HUBZone, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small businesses that are capable of performing the activities included in the statement of work (SOW) for the ERRS re-competes. EPA is looking for 8(a), HUBZone, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small businesses that can perform all of the SOW requirements needed to provide fast responsive environmental clean-up services under the direction of the On-Scene Coordinator and other federal officials implementing EPA's responsibilities under the national response system. The prospective contractor(s) shall be prepared to provide emergency, time-critical removal and cleanup services for hazardous substances, contaminants, materials and petroleum (oil) products and may also be called upon to provide cleanup support in instances of natural disasters, such as floods, pursuant to the Federal Response Plan for U.S. EPA activities in furtherance of the agency's primary mission: the protection of human health and the environment.
