Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (NRC)Nuclear Regulatory Commission Atlanta, Georgia This is a notice of intent for the General Services Administration to solicit space for the (NRC) Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Atlanta, Georgia, from their location in the Sam Nunn Federal Buiding. The government is seeking to negotiate for approximately 106,000 usable square feet of office space, storage area, break room area, computer area, conference and training area. Delineated Area: Atlanta CBA (North to North Avenue; West to Northside Drive; South to I20; East to Boulevard). Other considerations: Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration as well as 2 parking spaces. Occupancy: The space is required on or before April 1, 2009. Term: The lease term will be for 15 years 10 years firm.
