Description

OFFICE SPACE-The Rhode Island United State Department of Agriculture Service Center is seeking to lease between 11,000 and 12,000 net usable square feet, to include; “first class” office, training/conference, and special use space. Space must be located within the limits of Cranston, Warwick, West Warwick, East Greenwich, West Greenwich, or Coventry, RI, or within 2 miles of Route 95, Route 295 or Route 4. The site must have easy access to primary roads. The building must meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and include paved parking spaces for 75 vehicles. Lease period will be for one five-year period with a five-year renewal option. Lease is to include janitorial services, building and grounds maintenance, taxes, sewer, water, and all utilities. The government will consider space to be constructed or space in an existing building. The solicitation for offers will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov for USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service/Rhode Island on or around June 23,2006.
