- NRCS is requesting bids for debris removal from various channels in Gravity Drainage District #8, Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana that was deposited by Hurricane Rita. Work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to remove and dispose of the debris. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance time is 44 calendar days. Bid packages should be available on FedBizOps on or about 19 October 2006. All offerors may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency.
