Description: The VA Medical Center at 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, NY intends to award a sole source contract to Kodak Health Imaging, in accordance with FAR Parts 6 and 13, for a service maintenance agreement on two (2) Directview CR 850 Imaging Systems. This contract will be for one base year, with two additional option years. Because of the nature of the equipment and the services that are required, it has been determined that the manufacturer, Kodak, is the only company fully qualified to meet all of the Government's requirements.
