- The purpose of this amendment is to respond to a request for information (RFI). Question: I note that the Asset Information sheet includes improvements that have "None" PI, "Book" PI, and "Sound" PI. Are we to assume that only the properties with "sound" PI are to be appraised (this would include those properties showing "see comments" as well)? NPS Response: The final possessory interest valuation includes the assets with PI marked "sound" and the "sound" portion of the assets with comments. For example the Lodge is sound value except for the covered porch, the total possessory interest value required is for the Lodge minus the porch.
