Description
** MODIFICATION TO EXTEND THE MILES STATED IN THE DELINEATED AREA ** The United States Government seeks to lease warehouse space consisting of approximately 15,808 rentable sq. ft, yielding a minimum of 15,758 ANSI/BOMA (Useable) square feet of contiguous space. A total of 840 square feet of the total requirement shall be office space. Three parking spaces are required; one of which must meet all handicap accessibility requirements. The building must lie within the following delineated area: North: Marine Drive; East: 181st Avenue; South: I-84; West: I-5 AND also including the Swan Island and NW Portland Industrial Areas. The space must be located within 10 miles of the junctions of I-84/I-205 or I-84/I-5. The space should have a ceiling clear height of at least 18 feet. One (1) loading dock at grade level for vehicles to drive into space is required. Must have freight door sized at a minimum of 10' x 10'. The anticipated term is 5 years as a fully serviced lease. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than March 8, 2007. Buildings offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction of the type generally recognized as contemporary with the ability to demonstrate meeting all current Federal/GSA/PBS, State, and local codes and regulations including but not limited to fire and life safety, accessibility, OSHA, and seismic protection. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at minimum: - Building name/address - Location of space in the building and date it will be available - Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered - Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF - Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized contact AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: GSA is using a tenant broker to represent the Government in lease negotiations for this transaction.
