Description

The contractor shall provide the management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide janitorial and related services at the SSA Building, 50 North Third Street, CHAMBERSBURG, PA. Work under this contract is expected to commence on or about January 1, 2007. Period of Service: One year, with two (2) one year options. Building Size: 6,829 Sq. Ft. BASIS OF AWARD: The government will make award to the responsible offeror representing the best value to the government in terms of the following factors in approximately equal weight: Past Performance, Quality Control Plan (including Landscape Maintenance Plan), and Total Evaluated Price. Solicitations will be mailed out via regular mail on 11/06/2006. Pre-Proposal Meeting is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, 11/21/2006, at 10:00 a.m., at SSA site.
