Description

This amendment is to extend the release of solicitation date from 10/23/06 to 10/25/06 and extend the response of the request for quotes to 15-days. RFQ responses shall be due COB, 11/9/06, MST. The Tucson Area IHS seeks to award a Performance-Based, Fixed-Price purchase order for healthcare linen rental services that includes linen delivery, pickup and cleaning once weekly to the San Xavier Health Center for approximately 12 standard types of hospital and janitorial linen. The performance period is anticipated to be for a minimum of one-base year, upon award, with the option to renew for up to two consecutive one-year periods. Request for quotation will be issued on or about October 25, 2006 with responses due November 9, 2006.
