Description

This is a three-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity project not to exceed $300,000. The contractor shall set-up stations and conduct intensive surveys in accordance with the Pacific Seabird Group (PSG) Protocol to locate marbled murrelets (Brachyramphus marmoratus) in survey areas and document the occurrence or probable absence of the species in forest stands. Project sites are located in Myrtlewood Resource Area, Coos County, Coos Bay District, Oregon. The estimated start work date is April 2, 2007. This solicitation will be posted electronically. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is November 7, 2006. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns. See Numbered Note(s): 1.
