Description

GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACE NEEDED The General Services Administration (GSA) of The United States Government is interested in leasing a minimum of 7,480 BOMA rentable square feet (maximum of 7,700 rentable s.f.) of first-class office space. The space offered can be broken into two different spaces within the same building, however, a minimum of 695 rentable s.f. and 6,785 rentable s.f. each must be contiguous and above the ground floor. Offered space must include 18 secured (preferably structured) parking spaces on site. Proposed occupancy will be for the following agencies: Food and Drug Administration and Drug Enforcement Administration for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm, with occupancy to commence in March of 2007. First consideration will be given to the Central Business District of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, but the delineated area has been extended to include the following area: The greater Sioux Falls metropolitan area. Buildings listed on the Historic National Register of Historic places, potentially eligible for the National Register or within a Historic District are encouraged to offer. The space offered must meet Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards, Fire Safety Standards and cannot be within the 100-year floodplain.
