Description

The General Services Administration, Federal Supply Service, San Francisco, CA is announcing a federal relocation of the US Department of Labor, San Francisco. The contractor must provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the relocation of Department of Labor from 71 Stevenson Street, San Francisco (13 floors) to 90 7th Street, San Francisco, CA (10 floors). The new location is 148,385 square feet. The estimated date of the move is March 2007. Contractor's move laborers must have federal security clearances to enter a federal facility, which could be up to 20 laborers and shall have these clearances prior to award. The estimated release date of the solicitation is 45 days from this annoucment date. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-JUL-2006).
