Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F2H2A86287A100. This procurement is being issued as a Firm Fixed Price, 100% small business set-aside in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334519. The requirement/item description is as follows: 3 each PN 70334 RF Survey System Consisting of Meter Model 8712, E Field Probe 8723D, 4? Extension Cabel Model 8744-04, Operation manual and transport case; 3 each PN 8699 Check Source ; 3 each Shipping. FOB: Destination for delivery to DEFENSE DISTRIBUTION DEPOT ? SAN JOAQUIN WHSE. 30, CCP 25600 SOUTH CHRISMAN ROAD TRACY, CA. 95376. Please include the proposed delivery time. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation will be based on total best value to the Government. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at DFARS 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, contractor must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
