This is a Market Survey to locate additional sources for the spare parts to sustain the ongoing production of the AN/AVR-2A LDS Sensor Units (SU) and Interface Comparator Units (IFU) at t he original equipment manufacturer (OEM) facility Goodrich Corporation. We are buying the following items in one (1) lot: End-of-Life Items (FOR: SUs & IFUs): 31,303 pcs of RLR0XCXXXXFP, Resistors; 1,200 pcs of DESC Part No.8984102LA; 600 pcs of DESC Part No.9096403MXC; 300 pcs of DESC Part No. 8953201XA; 768 pcs of DESC Part No.9056402XA; 500 pcs of DESC Part No.893906RA; 198 pcs of DESC Part No.8552301QA; 300 pcs of DESC Part No.8864901EA; 300 pcs of DESC Part No.8864801EA; 463 pcs of DESC Part No.7802001 MEA;1,200 pcs of DESC Part No.8484102LA.Long Lead Items (FOR: SUs & IFUs): 268 pcs of Part Number A3177364-1, connectors for the AVR-2A LDS; 273 pcs of Part No.A3177364-2, connectors for the AVR-2A LDS; 25 pcs of Part Number A3177661, Lightweight Housings for the AVR-2A LDS Sensor Unit; 50 pcs of NSN 5999-01-4177-132, Heavyweight Housings for the AVR-2A LDS Sensor Unit; 25 pcs of Part No. A3177370, CCA- Amplifiers (shall be environmentally stress screened)for the AVR-2A LDS Sensor Unit; 50 pcs of Part No. A 3177531, Housing Detail Inseparable Assemblies for AN/AVR-2A Interface Comparator Unit; 240 pcs of NSN 6650-01-486-5014, Window Assemblies for the AVR-2A Sensor Units (Note: Windows shall be etched and (A-Reflective Coated) properly, such as; one of the wi ndow panes has an -anti-reflective- coating on both side of the pane with a Gold/Chromium deposition on one of the sides and a Gold etch border all around. The other window pane has the anti-reflective coating on one side only. The Anti-reflective coating is less than or equal to 0.5% reflectivity from 0.8 micrometers to 1.1 micrometers for both panes. The Gold etched border is 400 microns and the Gold/Chromium deposition is a Chromium deposit @ 350 Angstroms +/- 100 Angstroms then Gold over Chromium to equ al a total of 3000 +/- 300 Angstroms).The current source and the OEM manufacturer for the sensor units & interface comparator units is Goodrich Electro-Optical Systems, Cage 8F963. A complete & detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of t hese units are not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of furnishing these units must so indicate, by writing to Commander, USACECOM, ATTN: AMSEL-LC-CCS-A-AT, Building 1200E, Ft. Monmouth, NJ 07703-5023. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating tha t the supplier can, in fact, supply the Army with a unit that will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the unit from the previous supplier. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform wh en used for the purpose intended by the Army. For more information contact Virgil P.
