Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61128-07-T-0002 is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07 Effective 2Feb06. SIC Code 3732. A written proposal is requested to perform Maintenance, Inspect and Repair of Five 7M ERHIBs (7 MRB) and Two HSBs(Harbor Security Boats): STATEMENT OF WORK: MAINTENANCE, INSPECT & REPAIR, GENERAL PARTS FOR FIVE 7M ERHIBS (7 MRB) and TWO HSBs. 1. PERIODIC MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR ALL 7 MRBs AND HARBOR SECURITY BOATS. A. Change engine oil, oil filters, air filters and fuel filters. Regularly scheduled services, the SET PRICE for: 5 7MRBs 3x/yr: $_______________ 2 HSBs 3x/yr: $_______________ B. The provisions at 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. The contractor is required to include a completed copy of 52.212-3 as part of their proposal.
